| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校大学生就业体制改革的不断深入,大学生自主择业、灵活就业、自主创业成为就业的重要渠道。本文结合工作实际,对大学生就业指导工作的现状、存在的主要问题、就业指导的内容以及就业指导的方法等方面进行了探索与思考。
