| 摘 要： | 印度软件产业的崛起得益于印度高等教育的跨越式发展。独立后印度高等教育的跨越式发展促使政府构筑了信息产业的框架;丰富的科技人才是推动印度软件业发展的动力;高等院校广泛的国际交流和合作是印度软件业快速发展的催化剂;人力资本优势确立了印度在全球软件产业的主导地位,正是印度高等教育发展的特色奠定了印度软件大国的地位。

| Abstract: | It is claimed that the Indian software business owes its rise to the speedy development of higher education after the Indian independence from the colonialism.It is the development that helps the government to shape the frame of its information technology.Sufficient skilled personnel add to the motive,and the extensive exchange and cooperation worldwide act as catalyzer. |
