新时期少数民族地区导游人才队伍建设问题

在当今旅游业发展的大背景下,少数民族地区的旅游业发展机遇与挑战并存。旅游业的发展需要一支在旅游接待第一线的优秀的导游队伍,而少数民族地区的导游队伍建设存在与其他发达地区一样的普遍性问题,也有自身的具体问题。因此,改革少数民族地区培养方式,突出民族特色,提高民族地区导游队伍素质,以促进民族地区旅游业的发展。

The Building of Tour Guides Working in Ethnic Areas in Newly Ages

In the context of today＇s tourism development,nowadays,the tourism development in ethnic minority areas meets opportunities and challenges. The development of tourism needs a group of excellent tour guides to help. But,like tour guides in developed areas,tour guides in ethnic minority areas also have their own problems. This paper is going to discuss the problems existing in tour guides in ethnic minority areas with a careful analysis of the causes. In order to promote tourism development in minority areas,the quality of tour guides should improve. Therefore,we offer our strategies that tour guides can be trained by advanced guide- training models on the basis of the national characteristics.
