| 摘 要： | 通过领导重视与制度建设相结合、科研队伍与教学队伍相结合、工作任务与激励机制相结合、课题小组与群策群力相结合、理论研究与教育实践相结合、学术自由与积极引导相结合是广播电视大学在实施现代远程开放教育时加强科研工作的途径与方法，也是成人高等学校开展和发展科研工作的一般性思路。

| Abstract: | The combinations of learders'attention and construction of systems,staff of scientific research and teachers staff,work and award system,task and people's intelligence,theoretical research and educational practice,academic freedom and active guide are the paths and methods of improving scientific research work when RTUs implement modern open distance education.They are general thinking ways on how to develop scientific research work in adult higher education schools as well. |
