| 摘 要： | 社会的发展变革，网络社会的形成，使当代大学生思想特征、思维方式、情感特点、行为特色发生了巨大变化，构成了当代大学德育的新的背景和特点。高校德育工作必须实现自身的嬗变和革新，强化校园文化德育渗透，重塑教师的人文精神，综合治理德育环境，增强德育实效。
