| 摘 要： | 全球化时代对创新型国际化管理人才的特殊需求，使21世纪的中国管理教育在人才培养目标与人才培养模式方面，面临着严峻的挑战，加大MBA与MPA人才培养力度，全面提高师资队伍整体素质，不断深化管理教育教学方法与教学手段改革，是迎接全球化时代挑战的主要对策。
