摘    要:素质教育的根本宗旨是面向全体学生,面向“差生”的教育是素质教育的必然选择。面向“差生”的教育观念和方法主要有:培养自信心,提高期望值;发展进步因素,发挥优势与特长;按现有和可能发展水平因材施教;抓最佳时机,实现教育观念、感情、重点和方法的倾斜;培养“情商”因素,引导自我教育

Abstract:The Quality-Promoting-Pedagogy aims at the whole students' training. Emphasizing the education of thd lagged students is thd inevitable choice. The concepts and methods of the Quality-Pedagogy are the following:Self-confidence cultivation, expecting value promotion, progressive elements development, advantages and fortes presentation, different keys to different lock in consideration of the present and the fuiure possibilties, realizing the inclination of thd pedagigical concepls, affections, objectives,and methods at the grasp of thd most beneficial chances, cultivating EQ (Emotional Quotient), leading self-education.
