| Abstract: | The introduction of talents is an important topic which local undergraduate colleges and universities face.This paper analyzes some major problems in the introduction of talents：lack of reasonable planning,of classification measures,of evaluating mechanisms,of encourage in mind and retraining.After analyzing these problems,this paper proposes some strategies of talents＇ introduction,such as preplanning,assessment,enhance countermeasures and academic environment,and so on. |
