| 摘 要： | 本研究采用自我妨碍量表和自尊量表对西安三所高职院校的588名大学生进行测试,运用SPSS11.5对数据进行分析发现:高职大学生自我妨碍和自尊之间存在高度相关,而且二者都和人口学变量显著相关。基于此建议高职院校加强大学生的心理健康教育和心理疏导工作,提高大学生的自尊水平,同时减少他们自我妨碍行为的使用,使高职大学生能有一个健康快乐的大学生活。
