| 摘 要： | 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》及《中等职业教育改革创新行动计划(2010—2012行动计划》提出未来十年我国职业教育发展要以公益性、普惠性为导向,形成面向人人、面向社会、惠及全民的公平职业教育,改革的方向是提高职业教育服务社会、服务国家、服务产业的功能与作用,创新的着力点是进行体制机制改革、人才培养体制改革、教育教学管理改革,最终完善中国特色的职业教育体系。
