| 摘 要： | 实施ISO9000：2000标准，构建高校新的图书馆质量管理是全面提高图书馆服务质量、发展图书馆事业的需要，是使图书馆的管理与服务标准化、规范化、制度化；使图书馆的质量管理从传统的经验管理转向现代化的科学管理。本文对如何实施ISO9000：2000标准在图书馆的运用作了一些论述。

| Abstract: | Carrying out the ISO9000:2000 standards,setting up new academic library quality management system is the need for overall exaltation of library service quality and developing library course.It is to make library management and service standardized,normalized and systemized,and make the library quality management changing to modern scientific management from traditional experiental management.This text makes some discussion on how to carry out the ISO9000:2000 standards in the library. |
