| 摘 要： | 围绕人Kazal型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制因子的结构、主要成员及其抗肿瘤作用做一综述。Kazal型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制因子在机体内发挥重要的生理作用,具有广泛的研究和应用价值。它们在各种肿瘤中有着或高或低的表达,与肿瘤发生、发展相关,可能成为肿瘤治疗的新标靶。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the structures,key members and anti-tumor effects of human Kazal-type serine protease inhibitors.Kazal-type serine protease inhibitors play an important role in physiology,and also have extensive value of research and applications.They have a higher or lower expression levels in different types of tumor,and relate with initiation and development.They may become a new target for oncotherapy. |
