大连区域性金融中心建设:基础、制约因素及对策

From the angles of local development and regional economic development,many center cities in mainland China have put forward a tentative idea to build the regional economic center,leading to a boom for that nationwide.Some cities in Bohai Sea Circle like Dalian,Tianjin and Shenyang have formulated their development strategies to build their own regional financial centers.Thus,Dalian will take the advantage of its unique financial resource—Dalian Commodity Exchange—to develop its regional financial center with the futures industry as a leader.
