For asset management companies,The basement to manage dead asset is reasonable evaluation.But at present,we lack industry regulations of credit asset evaluation in our country.In this essay,the author try to analyse the natutre and charators of dead assets,In order to reveal the factors what affect dead assets.combining the present situation of asset management,the author analyses the premise,range and object of credit asset evaluation.finally,the author proclaims the problems of dead asset evaluation and presents,some measures to overcome them.
