学校“冬季阳光跑步”活动医务监督浅论

由教育部倡导在全国各级各类学校开展的“冬季阳光跑步”活动,将会对发展亿万学生的健康素质和运动素质,以及培养锻炼兴趣和磨砺锻炼意志等有着积极促进的作用。但是,如果跑的方法不科学,跑的方式不得当,不仅跑不好、跑不快、不安全,甚至还会发生跑伤身体和危及生命的情形。因此,加强冬季跑步医务监督,不仅有助于健身跑步的科学性、普及性、持续性,也有助于学生跑得好、跑得快、跑得安全。
