| 摘 要： | 高校体育教学改革提出了在体育教学中实施健康教育的要求,即通过体育教学对学生进行全方位的教育。但如何更好的实施健康教育,目前全国没有一个统一的规定和要求,本文就实际体育教学中存在的一些问题,提出自己的建议。
