| Abstract: | This article mainly discusses how a politics tutor fulfill his job and play an active part in the training of the college graduates. Firsly,he should realise the respsobilities that the time endows with and know what's the right part he will play. That is the precondition. Secondly, he should try to improve his compehensive qualities which he needs to do his job well. That is the sticking point. Thirdly, he should obey the working principles, which is the essential factor. Forthly, he should master some scientific working methods which is the necessary conditions. Fifthly, he should establish good teacher-student relationship. That is the necessery supplements. |
