| 摘 要： | 构建科学合理的合同管理体系是高校规范管理、依法治校的重要内容,要通过设立统一归口管理与分类专项管理相结合的合同管理组织体系,建立健全合同管理制度体系来构建全程、动态的高校合同管理体系,以加强高校的权益保护,促进其健康发展。
