摘    要:本文研究了BCAA对骨骼肌细胞损伤的保护机制.应用地塞米松诱导培养大鼠骨骼肌细胞造成损伤模型,结果显示BCAA可使骨骼肌细胞内钙离子浓度降低,增加骨骼肌细胞的存活率,对地塞米松诱导损伤的骨骼肌细胞具有保护作用.实验证明BCAA在促进细胞增殖方面的作用可能大于抑制细胞分解作用.

Abstract:To investigate the effects of BCAA on skeletal muscle cells and its mechanism, the injury model induced by dexamethasone was established. The results showed that BCAA could significantly enhance Ca2 concentration and increase the livability of the rat skeletal muscle cells. The results suggested that the acceleration proliferation maybe greater than inhibition lysis of BCAA on skeletal muscle cells.
