| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、教学实验法、问卷调查法以及数理统计法等方法，对大二羽毛球选项课学生进行课内联赛教学实验，以评价课内联赛教学对学生羽毛球选项课教学的影响。结果表明：课内联赛教学，有效地提高学生的体育学习兴趣和积极性，学生在体育技能掌握上有很大程度的提高，有利于大学体育课程目标的达成。

| Abstract: | Experiment on sophomores with League Match Method, utilizing the research approaches of documentation, experimental teaching, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics, to assess the impact of the League Match Method on students in the Badminton Optional Course.The results showed： The League Match Method effectively improved students＇ interest and motivation in college PE course and their sports techniques are substantially upgraded. It is beneficial for the achievement of the curriculum objectives of the college physical education. |
