摘    要:提出了基于虚拟现场对象的PLC网络控制系统设计方案和技术实现,以基于组态软件MCGS虚拟的传送带、机械手系统以及现实的变频调速系统为底层控制系统,说明了具有远程监控功能的PLC网络控制系统构建过程,指出了这种虚实结合的PLC网络控制系统的独特优越性。实际运行证明,该系统成本低,柔性强,网络层次丰富,是一种可激发学生创新能力的现代综合设计性实验平台。

Abstract:The design and implementation of PLC network control system based on virtual object were put forward.It was introduced that bottom control systems which consist of virtual conveyer belt system,vehicle-manipulator system based on the configuration software MCGS,and the real variable frequency speed-regulation system.How to construct the PLC network control system with remote monitoring was discussed.The special advanced characteristics of the PLC network control system based on combination with real and virtual object were showed.The actual operation results prove that the system is cost-effective,good flexibility and has multi-lay network.It is a modern synthesis design experimental platform that can inspire students' innovative abilities.
