| 摘 要： | 本文通过对不动产登记档案利用服务中的个人信息权进行界定,分析当前不动产登记档案利用服务工作中侵犯公民个人信息权的行为及原因,提出不动产登记档案利用服务中个人信息权保护路径的建议,以期促进不动产登记档案利用服务工作与新时代合拍,更好地实现不动产登记档案治理体系和治理能力现代化。

| Abstract: | By defining the rights of personal information in the real estate registration archives utilization service,this paper analyzes the behaviors and reasons of infringing citizens'personal information rights in the real estate registration archives utilization service,and proposes some protection paths,so as to promote the service work of real estate registration archives to keep pace with the new era,and better realize the modernization of management system and governance capacity of real estate registration archives. |
