教学关怀论:当代教学伦理研究范式的重构

摘    要:传统教学伦理研究主要呈现四种范式,即教学规范论、教学美德论、教学语境论和教学情感论,四种范式各有其自身的价值和限度。教学关怀论以“爱”和“关怀”为伦理导向,以“关怀关系”的构建为伦理基础,以“交往实践”为伦理模式,呈现出关系性、隐含性、专业性、开放性等实践品性,实现了对传统教学伦理研究范式的整合与超越,重构了当代教学伦理研究的范式。

Teaching Concern Theory:The Reconstruction of Contemporary Teaching Ethics Research Paradigm

Abstract:There are four paradigms in the research of traditional teaching ethics,namely,the theory of teaching norms,the theory of teaching virtues,the theory of teaching context and the theory of teaching emotion.Each of the four paradigms has its own value and limitation.Teaching caring theory takes“love”and“care”as its ethical orientation,takes the construction of“caring relationship”as its ethical basis,and takes“communicative practice”as its ethical mode.It presents such practical qualities as relativity,implicitness,professionalism and openness,realizes the integration and transcendence of traditional research paradigms of teaching ethics,and reconstructs the research paradigm of teaching ethics in the contemporary era.
