| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是高职院校培养学生实践能力的一种重要方法,但是因其教学方式的特殊性,学生的安全保障问题在顶岗实习的过程中就变得尤为突出。基于对高职院校顶岗实习学生安全状况进行调研及对比分析,高职院校学生顶岗实习安全保障要从学校、企业和学生三方面入手,加强学校教育和企业管理,规范各项相关法律法规,从法律意义上对顶岗实习的学生加强安全保护。

| Abstract: | Dinggang internship is one important method for higher vocational colleges to cultivate students＇ practical ability.However,because of its particularity of teaching method,students＇ security guarantee problem becomes extremely outstanding.Based on the survey and analysis on students＇ security condition of Dinggang internship in higher vocational colleges,their security guarantee should begin from college,enterprise and students to enhance colleges＇ education and enterprises＇ management.It can regulate each related law and code to strengthen security guarantee for students of Dinggang internship from the meaning of law. |
