| 摘 要： | 党的十六大以来,党中央以科学发展观为指导,形成了建设社会主义生态文明的战略思想,党的十七大把"建设生态文明"列入全面建设小康社会奋斗目标新要求,党的十八大,从"五位一体"总体布局的高度提出要把"生态文明建设放在突出地位……努力建设美丽中国,实现中华民族永续发展"。文章从理论、观念、制度和实践几个层面进行探讨,以期找到社会主义生态文明的实现途径。

| Abstract: | The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） forms the strategic thought of building a socialist ecological civilization under the guidance of scientific outlook on development. The 17th National Congress of the CPC put the ＂the construction of ecological civilization＂ into the goal of building a well-off society. The 18th National Congress of the CPC put forward ＂The whole Party must give priority to making ecological progress, work hard to build a beautiful country and achieve lasting and sustainable development of the Chinese nation＂ from the overall plan for promoting economic, political, cultural, social and ecological progress. This essay discusses several methods and presents practical approaches to the realization of the socialist ecological civilization from theory, idea, system and practice several levels, |
