论高校和谐思想政治教育环境的构建

当前高校大学生思想政治教育环境仍存在诸多不和谐因素。构建人性化的和谐思想政治教育环境,是当前加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的内在要求和重要途径。确立以人为本的和谐教育观是构建和谐思想政治教育环境的前提,同时必须着力建设和谐的思想政治理论课教学环境、开放的思想政治教育环境、人性化的服务环境和管理环境以及和谐的人文生态校园环境。

On the Construction of the Harmonious Moral and Political Education Environment in Colleges and Universities

At present, various disharmonious factors exist in the moral and political education environment in colleges and universities. To construct a human and harmonious moral and political education environment is an important means and an internal requirement of strengthening the moral and political education of the college and university students. The presupposition of constructing a harmonious moral and political education environment is to establish a human-centered harmonious education concept. Meanwhile, efforts should be made to build a harmonious environment for teaching of moral and political courses, to construct an open and democratic moral and political education environment, to establish a human service environment as well as a harmonious human ecological environment.
