| 摘 要： | 随着我国国民受教育程度的普遍提高,带来了旅游消费观念的悄然变化,由此引发的知性导游需求也越来越为旅游界所关注。文章透过导游人员素质已趋向“高知化”的现象,阐明开展“知性旅游”需要“知性导游”,并通过对国内外“知性导游”发展与需求现状以及我国导游队伍整体素质结构现状的分析,指出了目前我国导游队伍建设中的弊端,提出了我国“知性导游”队伍建设的思路。

| Abstract: | The general improvement of national level of education has quietly changed people＇s consumption concept of tourism. The nous traveling is receiving more and more people＇s attention or becomes the first choice to travel. By the phenomenon of tour guide personnel quality trends to＂high intellectualized＂ ,the article has expounded that the development of ＂nous traveling＂ needs＂ nous tour guide. ＂ Through the analysis of the present situation of tour guide team in our country, it points out the defects in the building of tour guide team, proposes the ideas of the construction of＂ nous tour guide＂ team. |
