| 摘 要： | 链球菌中毒性休克综合症(StrepTSS)为A群链球菌(GAS)所引起的一种罕见而严重的疾病,与妇产科关系密切。自上世纪80年代以来,有关的报道不断增多,已引起了妇产科科学界越来越广泛的注意。本文就近年来妇产科有关StrepTSS的临床表现及诊断方法的最新研究进展作一综述。
