山东省高校女教师体育锻炼现状调查与对策研究

采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法，对山东省高校女教师体育锻炼进行调查研究，结果发现：山东省高校女教师每周参加体育锻炼的次数和每次练习时间有随着年龄增长而逐渐增多的趋势；45岁以下女教师从不参加体育锻炼的比例高达38．23％；体育锻炼消费水平较低；余暇时间不足是制约和影响女教师参加体育锻炼的主要因素。对调查结果进行了分析，并提出相应的对策和建议。
