| 摘 要： | 通过对职业球员综合素质培养问题的讨论,提出素质培养的目标体系及其自律与他律.进一步探讨我国足球职业联赛的若干问题,分别从联赛的起源,体制性基础及其属性等方面展开了讨论,并提出了创建关于中国职业足球发展的协商机制的必要性问题.

| Abstract: | In the dialogue concerning the cultivation of professional football players' comprehensive quality,the aim of cultivation and the players' self-discipline are mentioned.Some problems of the football league in China,such as the origin,the systematic basis,etc.,are also discussed.The paper suggests establishing a negotiation mechanism for the development of professional football league in China. |
