热镀锌 GI 锌锅的铝含量稳定控制研究

摘    要:结合马钢第四钢轧总厂1#和2#镀锌线投产四年来的生产实践,对热浸镀锌的锌锭添加控制现状进行了分析,重点探讨了辟锅铝含量的消耗及其影响因素,分析了国内外的锌锭添加方法,提出在实际生产中从工艺和操作上采取措施进行控制,合理添加锌锭。减少了GI锌锅的成分波动。

Accurate Control Technique of Aluminum in the GI Zinc Pot of the Hot Dip Galavanizing Line

Abstract:In combination with the practice of CGL No. 1 and No. 2 of Ma steel No. 4 Steel Mak- ing & Roiling General, the type and way of feeding ingots in the hot galvanizing line has been ana- lyzed. The related factors of AI output and the Al lost in the GI pot has been focused on in this paper. Besides, the accurate control technique of Al in the GI pot of other company has been analyzed. The process of the corresponding operation in Ma steel has been put forward. Feeding ingots precisely ac- cording to the different kind of zinc helps achieve the goal of controlling the pot aluminum in a narrow range.
