蛙泳手臂动作技术与常见错误动作分析

针对游泳教学中蛙泳手臂动作技术,选取成都体育学院2006级体育健康教育系游泳专修的18名同学作为研究对象,在考察了蛙泳手臂动作技术的开始姿势、抓水、划水、收手、伸臂五个技术环节的基础上,运用文献资料法、观察法、比较法结合运动生物力学的原理与方法进行研究分析,找出常见的错误动作,分析产生错误动作的原因,并提出了纠正错误动作的方法与改进措施,为今后的教学和训练提供了指导和帮助.
