| 摘 要： | 中国对外贸易发展迅速的同时，出口产品遭遇反倾销指控越来越多，情况也变得更加复杂，其将进一步制约中国国内相关产业的升级和发展。应对这种形势，政府、行业及企业应协调合作，借助WTO争端解决机制采取相关对策，拓展自身生存与发展的空间。
