| 摘 要： | 本文采用理论分析和实例分析相结合的研究方法对企业创新网络进行研究。首先从创新模式的发展史中描述了企业技术创新的行为特征，以此提出了企业创新网络的概念和基本机构，并指出了企业创新网络的执行主体、集成对象、基本特征、链接机制和演变过程，以期对企业创新网络的进一步研究有所借鉴。

| Abstract: | The thesis adopts theoretical and demonstrational analyst method to research on the enterprise's innovation network. The thesis first describes the new traits of technological innovation on the basis of the analysis of innovation pattern, providing the conception and the structure of the enterprise's innovation network. Then,the thesis points out the executant, integration object,basic characteristics, link mechanism and evolvement process of the enterprise's innovation network in order to be helpful to the further research. |
