| 摘 要： | 我国竞技体育后备人才培养模式不单单是维持我国竞技体育不断发展的重要保证,同时也是促进我国体育活动深化改革的外在表现,这对于提高我国国民身体素质,提高我国国际竞争力和影响力有着非常重要的意义。为此,笔者以《竞技体育后备人才培养研究》为课题,从竞技体育的相关概念解析入手,对竞技体育后备人才培养模式现状进行了全方位、深层次的分析,并在此基础上探究了竞技体育后备人才培养方案。
