| 摘 要： | 分析了应用型本科院校创新创业人才培养现状及存在的问题,进而指出了人才培养的原则,最后从理论教学、实践教学、导师制和校政行企四方协同发展四个方面构建人才培养模式,培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,使高等教育与地方经济发展紧密联系,带动经济发展。
