心音信号无创检测在体质评价与运动训练中的应用

摘    要:心音信号是人体最重要的声信号,也是临床评价心脏功能状况的最基本的方法之一。心音和心肌收缩能力关系的大量研究表明,第一心音幅值的变化与左心室压力上升最大速率的变化呈正相关。通过对心音信号的数字化处理来分析心脏储备的无创检测的方法,同时具有无创、敏感性和特异性高、时限测量能精确到毫秒、简便、快速、费用低、可重复采用和客观量化等特点,在人体体质评价、运动训练的监控与运动员选材等方面具有广泛的研究与应用前景。

Application of Heart Sound Signal Non-invasive Examination between Physical Appraisal and Sports Training

Abstract:The heart sound signal is the most sound signal in the body.It is also a basic method to access the cardiac function in the clinical appraisal.The massive researches of the relationship between heart sound and cardiac muscle contraction ability indicate the amplitude of the first heart sound is connected with the fastest rate of the pressure rising in left ventricle.Through the digital analysis of the heart sound,there are some advantages for the cardiac reserve by the non-invasive method,such as non-invasive,high sensitive and specific,simple,fast,cheap,repeatability and objective quantization,etc.There is a extensive research and application prospect in physical appraisal,the controlling of sports training and the selection of athletes.
