略论“两制”并存视野下中美对外政策的不同选择——《当代世界经济与政治》课程中美对外政策问题断想

面对二战后世界主题转换，世界格局变化，经济全球化发展不平衡不断加剧的形势，中国推进“两制”的关系的理论创新和发展，而美国从其国家利益和全球战略出发，在“两制”关系上，死抱冷战思维，并利用一切手段、一切可能钳制和牵制中国，无视多样性和差异性，继续以社会制度和意识形态划线，强制推行美国所谓的民主、价值观和实用标准。
