体育课堂柔性管理策略与方法研究

摘    要:采用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,针对我国体育课堂管理理论研究薄弱、滞后的现状,倡导有效体育课堂的柔性管理理念,并从目标导向法、和谐沟通法、团体动力法三方面入手,提出制定课堂纪律、鼓励学生、协调师生关系、处理课堂问题行为、建立生态评价、创设适宜内外学习环境的对应策略。
