| 摘 要： | 通过对南京青奥会目标、理念及其教育影响分析，认为：（1）南京青奥会提出把生态文明理念和节俭办青奥原则贯穿办赛全过程，把南京市的众多体育资源与自然资源有效结合，让青少年真实享受阳光运动的乐趣；（2）南京青奥会增加了青少年感兴趣的比赛项目，有助于促进学校体育的开展，能够展示年轻人的青春与活力，培养青少年健康生活方式的体育课程；（3）南京青奥会使学校体育课程在设置上将奥林匹克精神与中华民族优秀文化融合在一起，促进其在青少年之间的传播，有助于对青少年人文素质的培养。
