山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋文化软实力建设问题研究

近年来,文化软实力的研究取得了丰硕的成果,其中区域文化软实力研究逐渐成为研究的热点。区域文化软实力研究是中国学者对文化软实力理论的发展,是针对中国国情提出的软实力发展新思路。本文从山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋文化软实力的提出背景出发,对山东半岛海洋文化软实力建设进行了必要性分析,并阐发了建设优势、劣势以及所需遵守的原则,并据此提出了对应之策,以期对海洋文化软实力的建设有所裨益。

Research on the construction of Marine cultural soft power in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Region

These years,the research on cultural soft power has gained a series of achievement,while soft power of regional culture in this field has gradually attracted more and more attention.The research of regional cultural soft power is an application of cultural soft power theory led by Chinese scholars,which is a new thought based on the situations nowadays in China.This paper gives an analysis on the necessity of marine cultural soft power construction in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Region based on the present background.Then discussion is done on the advantage and disadvantage as well as the principles which should be obeyed when constructing marine cultural soft power.Also corresponding countermeasures are given to propose to the construction of marine cultural soft power.
