目前我国企业制度创新中存在着忽视人力资本的现象，其诸多问题阻碍了企业制度的创新与发展，必须从人力资本的角度重新认识企业制度创新问题，确立人力资本在企业发展中的战略地位，重构企业组织、推进人力资本的营运，实现经济的可持续发展。

Enlightenment from the Theory of Labour Power Capital to the Innovation of Enterprise System

In present innovation of China's enterprise system, little attention has been paid paid to labour pow- er capital, which has hindered its development. Restudying the innovation of enterprise system in the view of labour power capital,one can find out that to realise the sustainable development of economy, the strategic position of labour power capital should be established in the development of enterprises, the enterprises should be reconstructed,and labour power capital should be put into market.
