| 摘 要： | 高校体育人才资源的管理措施与利用方法,直接影响资源能力的发挥和学校体育事业的发展。文章采取资料查询法和专家访谈法,结合高校体育人才资源管理与使用现状以及存在的问题进行分析和探讨,对促进高校体育事业的发展提出建议。
