高校专利的现状与可持续性发展

胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中指出"实施知识产权战略";温家宝总理在政府工作报告中指出"抓紧制定并实施国家知识产权战略,切实加强知识产权保护";中央经济工作会议强调:"大力实施知识产权战略"。高校是科技创新的重要力量,高校专利在迅速发展的同时也面临着巨大挑战。通过分析影响高校专利可持续发展的制约因素,提出高校应从四个方面入手实现专利事业的可持续性发展。

The Current Situation and Sustainable Development of University Patents

Secretary General Hu JinTao pointed out in the seventeenth conference report"putting intellectual property rights strategy into practice";Premier Wen JiaBao pointed out .in a government report"paying close attention to putting intellectual property rights strategy into practice,and protecting the intellectual property rights";Central Economic Con- ference emphasized:"Putting intellectual property rights strategy into practice energetically".Colleges and universities are important in science and technology innovation,the college and university patents are also confronted with enormous challenges in prompt development.By analysing the factors affecting the sustainable development of colleges and uni- versities patent,this paper suggests that colleges and universities should use four ways to realize the sustainable devel- opment of patent.
