| 摘 要： | 在当前特色学校建设中存在着"特色"不"特"或是不能持久的问题,其重要原因是忽视了学校发展中的文化因素.在特色学校的发展过程中要认识到:文化是其得以发展的基础和内在根据,要注重对学校文化的认同、传承与创新,不断提升自身的文化自觉,以实现持续发展.
