贯彻落实科学发展观以改革创新精神推进世界一流体育大学建设进程——北京体育大学创建世界一流体育大学的探索与实践

高等体育院校作为中国高等教育整体布局中不可或缺的重要组成部分,肩负着为我国培养各种体育人才,进行体育科学研究,面向社会服务,推动体育与社会和谐发展的使命.面对国际、国内的社会发展和高等教育的发展趋势,面对社会发展对体育、高等体育教育提出的新要求,体育院校必须以科学发展观为指导,不断加强对建设发展定位、目标、战略等全局性问题的研究、着力解决发展中的主要矛盾和重点问题,以改革创新精神推动学校的建设与发展.本文结合北京体育大学创建世界一流体育大学的探索和实践,在总结以往经验和成绩的基础上,提出了进一步加快学校建设发展的思路和措施.

Implementing Scientific Outlook on Development and Promoting the Construction of First Class Sport University in the World with Innovation Spirit——Exploration and Practice of Beijing Sport University's World First Class Sport University Construction

As an essential part of general structure of Chinese advanced education,sport colleges and universities are serving as institutes of cultivating sport professionals,sport scientific research,community service and promotion of sport and harmonious society development.For the tendency of society and advanced education abroad and domestic and social requirement to sport and advanced sport education,sport colleges and universities must take the scientific outlook on development as direct thought,strengthen researches on development position,target,strategy and other general problems,focus on major problems in development,and promote construction and development of school with innovation spirit.Combining the exploration and practice of Beijing Sport University's world first class sport university construction,the paper puts forward further routine and measures for the university's development and construction based on experience and achievement before.
