| 摘 要： | 运用献资料法，从教练员的心理素质和行为素质两方面对国内外学关于教练员素质结构的心理学研究作一综述。心理素质主要从心理过程和个性心理两方面来阐述，行为素质主要从教练员在运动训练过程中的行为、教练员的人际行为和管理行为三方面来归纳。
