"体育、艺术2+1项目"实验中足球技能等级评价标准的研制

运用文献资料法、德尔菲法、教育测量法、数理统计法等开发研制了在"体育、艺术2 1项目"实验背景下中小学生运动技能五个等级的评价标准.首先研制出逐级递进的《评价标准》适性测试项目,然后根据试验测试数据的百分位数建立等级评价标准,并构建中小学生自愿报名、不分年级自由选择测评等级、必测项目与选测项目相结合、定性评价与定量评价相结合的测评模式.并在实验区进行了实证检验,实证结果表明《评价标准》及其测评模式效果良好.

Research of the Rank Evaluation Criterion about Football Skills in the Experiment of Sports, Art 2 + 1 Project

With the methods of documentary review,Delphi,education measurement, and mathematical statistics,sports skills rank evaluation criterion with five ranks for students in primary and middle schools are developed and researched under the experimental background of Sports,Art 2 1 Project.First,the proper measure items of the evaluation criterion with difficulties increasing step by step are carried out.Then the rank evaluation criterion is established according to the percentile of experimental measure data.The measure and evaluation mode are also constructed.Primary and middle students can register voluntarily and choose evaluation rank freely without considering grade in this mode.The obligatory items and the alternative ones should be combined as well as the qualitative assessments and the quantitative ones in this mode.The criterion is also tested in experimental areas.The practical results show that evaluation criterion and the effects of evaluation mode are eligible.
