Main Characteristics on the Professional Competence of the Pre - career Training of the Vocational Education Teachers

It is fundamental to improve the vocational education quality for vocational education teachers to have strong professional competence.According to the training process of the vocational education teachers,the professional competence of the pre-career training of the vocational education teachers are focused both at home and abroad and rich experiences have been accumulated in the long training.This paper summarizes the main characteristics on the professional competence of the pre-career training of the pre-career training of the vocational education teachers from three aspects:professional,practical and educational teaching skills.
