| 摘 要： | 建国以来,我国民办中等职业教育伴随着国家社会、经济体制的改革经历了改造消亡、艰难复兴、快速发展、规范发展四个阶段.特别是改革开放30年来,民办中等职业教育更是取得了长足发展.民办中等职业教育的起落与我国特定的历史条件和经济体制改革是分不开的.在职业教育市场化竞争日趋激励的今天,民办中等职业教育要取得长久持续发展,必须把握好三个原则,即根据自身实际条件,明确办学发展目标;利用管理体制优势,面向市场自主发展;抓住市场发展机遇,形成多元化办学格局.
